Framingham Mass Pike Starbucks Has Top Five Lowest Customer Rating in the Country? We Found Out Why
Starbucks has over 1000 locations here in Massachusetts and each one has a list of customer ratings when you do a Google search. If you search the Framingham, Mass Pike, location, you will see it has a customer rating of 2.7 out of 5. According to @OnlyInBos X account, this location “has the top-five lowest customer ratings out of all Starbucks locations in the United States.” Now, I tried to find the source where this information was found, so I could compare other locations but couldn’t find it. So, I decided to take a deep dive into the actual reviews to find out why this particular location is not getting the love. Here’s what I found out.
One review came from a truck driver who hates the fact that there is no walk-in. Akmal Ismailov says, “They hate truckers! No walk-in, only drive thru.” Vlad S said the same thing in his review: “They don’t want to sell coffee to truck drivers, because our means of transportation don’t fit in their drive thru driveway.” You can not walk through the drive-thru, you must be in a vehicle. According to Sean Maher: “There’s only a single way to get to the window line and if you miss it, coming right off the highway at speed, apparently you are not permitted to order coffee as a pedestrian.”
So it looks as though this particular Starbucks is not truck driver friendly and there are many who have left negative reviews, hence the 2.7 rating. So as long as you know when visiting this location, you must be in a vehicle and there is no in store service.
