Canton Police are auctioning off nearly 60-year old old cruiser from their fleet.
The 1965 Ford Galaxie is in excellent condition, and officials say the V-Eight engine starts and runs. As of this morning, bidding on the old cruiser is over 13-thousand-dollars on the site MuniciBid.com.
The auction ends on September 29, and all of the proceeds from the sale will be used by Canton Police towards safety initiatives for the local community.
