Here’s a Couple of Covers to Start the Week Off Right

Another week of slowly creeping back to some semblance of normalcy–safely, mind you–here in Boston. So let’s soundtrack it.
Last week, Bono and The Edge from U2 treated us to an impromptu and abbreviated cover of Led Zeppelin‘s “Stairway To Heaven.” This week, indie artist St. Vincent has done the same.

And while brevity is nice, it’s also good to have something with more meat to dig into. Legendary Arizona cowpunks Supersuckers recently released a Ramones cover–“I Believe In Miracles”– that they performed live back in 2014 with a special guest appearance by Eddie Vedder. Which makes sense, since Pearl Jam loves covering this particular Ramones song.
