Boston’s First Snow of the Season Could Come on Friday
It’s less about the amount of snow forecasters are expecting and more about when forecasters are expecting it this coming Friday.
This is all thanks to Hurricane Zeta, which is expected to make landfall in Louisiana late on Wednesday and then travel east, bringing stormy weather along with it. The system is expected to reach New England by Thursday, with rain in the forecast Thursday into Friday morning. And it’s Friday morning where we could see that rain change over to snow. Not enough snow for a winter wonderland, but enough to mess up the Friday commute.
