Want to own a piece of rock history? You could pony up the cash for an autographed guitar. Or you could take out a mortgage for this.
Aerosmith guitarist Joe Perry has put his 14-room country estate on the market. Located in the gated community of Brook Haven Farm in Duxbury, the compound sprawls across 14 acres and even features a Gibson guitar-shaped swimming pool, according to this report from WCVB-TV.
You can check out the full listing here (which opens with “WALK THIS WAY” into paradise, haha) while you wait for your local lender to approve your $4.5 million loan to buy it.
