We’ve already paid tribute to Chris Cornell on what would’ve been his 56th birthday with his cover of “Patience.” Here’s another cover and tribute of sorts.
You’re likely familiar with musical prodigy Nandi Bushell from her drum skills on this Nirvana cover or this holiday spot. Her guitar chops ain’t that shabby, either. Last month, guitarist Tom Morello gave Nandi one of his signature Fender Stratocasters. It didn’t take her long to put it to good use. Watch her take on Audioslave‘s “Cochise” below. Again, fitting we’d come across this on former frontman Chris Cornell’s birthday. Rock in peace.
