July 2020: we were supposed to see Stone Temple Pilots at the Xfinity Center. That ain’t happening, so let’s watch them at Avalon in July 2000.
This is a gem of a live set, pro-shot, well mixed, and with an opening :90 seconds of the band gathering backstage before coming out to Scott Weiland screaming: “Let’s have a party motherf*ckers!” before ripping into “Crackerman.”
