In honor of National Bosses Day, today, we recognize the hardworking bosses who oversee our workplaces. Being a boss is a great responsibility that many of us (including me) tend to avoid. So, a shout out to all the brave bosses who have accepted the challenge. After doing some digging, I found something very interesting for you. The fact is women represent nearly 60% of the United States workforce. Sadly, of that 60%, only 35% hold senior leadership positions.
