Kane’s Donuts is Collabing with Night Shift Brewery for New Massachusetts Fall Super Treat
I love when two great things come together. Like my mom and dad. Selfishly, thank God they got together. And now here comes the deliciously delightful duo of Kane’s Donuts (yum) and Night Shift Brewery (yum yum). If you guessed a cider donut flavored beer… nope. If you guessed 4 donuts squeezed into a beer can… definitely nope.
The two Commonwealth brands are coming together for a delicious new Fall donut. And that’s not the only new Fall Kane’s donut featuring a local collaboration.
Kane’s Donuts and Night Shift Brewery’s Fall collaboration:
Please welcome to your taste buds the new Night Shift Pumpkin Piescraper Donut by Kane’s Donuts. The Night Shift Pumpkin Piescraper Donut is a cake-style pumpkin donut featuring fresh pumpkin, ground nutmeg, and cinnamon, then drenched in a glaze made with reduced Pumpkin Piescraper beer from Night Shift that has been infused in Kane’s Signature Honey Glaze. Sounds like a Fall-loving foodie no brainer. But wait, there’s more!
Kane’s Donuts and Massachusetts-based STORMALONG CIDER:
Next up, please drool over the new Stormalong Boston Heirloom Cider Donut at Kane’s. It’s a cake-style apple cider donut with a touch of cinnamon, drenched in a glaze made from reduced Boston Heirloom cider that has been infused in Kane’s Signature Honey Glaze. The alcohol cooks off during reduction making both of these donuts safe for all ages.
Kane’s will also offer a Maple Honey Glazed donut for the month of October featuring real Vermont Maple Syrup from Cold Hollow Cider in Vermont.
All 3 of these tasty temptations will be available starting October 1st at all three Kane’s Donuts’ locations: Kane’s Lincoln Ave at 120 Lincoln Ave. in Saugus; Kane’s Rt. 1 at Essex Landing in Saugus, and Kane’s Downtown at 90 Oliver St. in Boston’s Financial District.
Speaking of local Massachusetts breweries, 2 of them just ranked among the best in America.
Untappd keeps a running tally of the top-rated breweries in the United States. Their list shows the top breweries, based on their “weighted average formula.” The formula rates all breweries against each-other and gives weight to their beers with higher rating count. A brewery must have at least 1,000 ratings and at least 5 beers in their portfolio to qualify for their list.
