Metallica Tribute and Fundraiser Coming to Maynard
A Metallica tribute and fundraiser for the band’s All Within My Hands Foundation is set to take place in Maynard in April.
Thanks to our friends from MASSter of Puppets, The Official Metallica Fan Club Chapter of Massachusetts, for passing this one along. They’re the Official Metallica Chapter #498 and we collaborated with them back in May of 2022 when Metallica headlined Boston Calling. Alice In Chains tribute band Nutshell and Tool tribute band 7empest were the performers at that Foundation Room fundraiser.
7empest will be on hand again this time around, alongside Metallica tribute band Master of Beers. The fundraising event will take place at Sanctuary, 82 Main St. in Maynard, on Saturday, April 20. Doors are at 7 p.m., music starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25 at the door, with all proceeds benefitting Metallica’s All Within My Hands Foundation. You’ll get one free entry into the MASSter of Puppets-sponsored sweepstakes for two lower bowl tickets to see Metallica at Gillette Stadium on August 2nd AND August 4th, 2024.
