Tom Morello announced he's dropping a new EP called Comandante this Friday, October 30.
The five-song set was first teased with a mysterious video on October 23. The EP features a collaboration with Slash on the track "Interstate 80" and a tribute to Eddie Van Halen called "Secretariat." Comandante opens with "Voodoo Child," which is likely a cover of the Jimi Hendrix classic.
Comandate is Morello's latest solo release following the July 2020 single "You Belong to Me." He released a solo LP back in 2018 called The Atlas Underground.
