Survivors of the 2013 Boston Marathon Bombing are reaching out on social media on the 7th anniversary of the tragedy, to thank the first responders, health care workers, and front line workers in the coronavirus pandemic in a new video.
“Today, our city, nation & world are facing another unthinkable crisis and the same brave emergency responders and healthcare heroes are rising to the challenge,” Tim Smith writes in the video description on YouTube.
“We are incredibly grateful for all you have and will do for us. Our community serves as embodiments of your courage. To our first responders, healthcare heroes, and all those who are making a difference right now, we just want to say, ‘Thank you.'”
