Where Will Be Massachusetts Best View for the Eclipse?
The big event is coming soon and coming quick! The Total Solar Eclipse is happening on April 8th! But sorry Massachusetts, we are not in the “path of totality.” I know, you’re disappointed. Or you’re thinking to yourself, “what in the heck is the path of totality?” It sounds menacing.
The path of totality is the area which will experience a true Total Solar Eclipse, an eclipse that reaches 100% coverage. Maine is in the path. So is New Hampshire and Vermont. And while Massachusetts will see the eclipse close to 100%, it won’t be a total solar eclipse for us. So where will be Massachusetts best view for the eclipse? We’re getting there!
