The Town and The City Festival, “a spring celebration of music and art” takes place in Downtown Lowell on April 8 and 9.
This one’s a lot closer to Nice, a fest than it is to Boston Calling, and that’s a fine thing. Tickets are available here, and you can get a look at the full lineup below. I’ve highlighted a few of the acts of note as well.
