In Between Days Music Festival, launched in the summer of 2022, is back at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy this August.
Come this August, the legendary Quincy spot will play host to In Between Days. The festival debuted last year as a one-off, one day event. This year, they’ve expanded to two days, with over 20 bands and acts across two stages. In addition, the festival is boasting a retro arcade, a record pop-up shop, local food and drink, and more.
The two-day music festival will take place on August 19 and 20 at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy. If you’re an old-school South Shore head, you might have caught a Boston Patriots preseason game at the Vet back in the ’60s. More recently, the stadium has been home to the Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse and the New England Free Jacks of Major League Rugby.

I’ll take you through the lineup below so you can get acquainted with some of the acts you might not be wise to. I, for one, am stoked to see Sunny Day Real Estate. The ’90s emo act are an all-time favorite of mine. They reunited for a tour in 2022 that brought them to the House of Blues in Boston and it was one of the best shows I took in all year. My 14-yr-old is a fan, too, so we’re very much looking forward to In Between Days this August. See you in Quincy!
