Holidays throughout the year bring family, friends, and couples together. But which holidays are the horny holidays?

Yes, I just coined the phrase “horny holidays.” Although did I really? It’s probably a pretty popular search term on your favorite sex tube site. Not that I’d know anything about that. No, we’re not here to talk about internet pornography. We’re here to talk about real-life sex between consenting partners in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We’re here to talk about makin’ babies. And, specifically, the holidays throughout the year that get us Mass folks randy enough to make those babies.

Betway Insider recently took a look into how many babies were born nine months after specific holidays in each of the 50 states between the years of 2021 and 2022. And while it would be a fun bit of voyeurism to see when the fine folks in, say, New Mexico–The Land of Enchantment–are getting in on, I’m just going to focus on Massachusetts. If you want to do some more peeking around the corners on your own, you can check out Beltway Insider’s piece on The Super Bowl baby boom states. Wait, does the Super Bowl count as a holiday? I guess it depends on where you live.

Horny Holidays: When Does Massachusetts Like to Do It?

I was surprised at first to find out that the Beltway Insider number-crunching led to Halloween sitting atop the heap of horny Holidays. Then, the more I thought about it, the more it made sense. Massachusetts–and Salem, specifically–is Ground Zero for Halloween. Hordes of Halloween horndogs, all dolled up with naughty, evil thought on their mind. See how that holiday and five others had an effect on birthrates in Massachusetts in 2021 and 2022. I guess all those “sexy”-themed Halloween costumes actually do work after all.
