The Boston Calling 2023 set times have been announced. Let’s take a look at what bands are playing where and when.
This is, arguably, the most important piece of Boston Calling-related information. And I should know: I just finished compiling all the important Boston Calling-related information in this handy guide. Ever since moving the festival from City Hall Plaza to the Harvard Athletic Complex and expanding the number of bands playing, knowing the set times has become crucial. It’s not like it was, with side-by-side stages, anymore. Multiple stages and staggered set times require a bit of planning to make sure you see who you want to see.
For 2023, Boston Calling is picking up where it left off last year. There are four music stages: the Green Stage, the Happy Valley Red Stage, the Blue Stage, and the Tivoli Audio Orange Stage. The Green Stage and Red Stage are pretty much next to each other, so those two are easy to navigate. But you’ve got to do a bit of walking to make it over to the Orange Stage, and even more to get all the way to the Blue Stage. Be warned: you might have to make some hard choices when it comes to seeing the bands you want to see.
