Fan Expo Boston took over the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center over the weekend and we had a correspondent on hand.
That correspondent? Beasley Boston’s own Marc Clark. Marc is the Production Director for Beasley’s Boston radio stations. That includes, of course, ROCK 92.9. You’ve heard his voice on some of our commercials and promos. Now, you can see his handiwork with a camera phone.

You see, Marc isn’t just a radio guy. He’s a fan. We’ve had wide-ranging conversations over the years about fandoms like Pokemon and Star Wars and everything in between. So if you’re going to have someone cover an event like Fan Expo, Marc is your guy. He lives it and he loves it.
Now, a bit of background on Fan Expo for the uninitiated, straight from their website: “FAN EXPO Boston is a large playground for all fans of comics, sci-fi, horror, anime, and gaming that attracts hundreds of thousands of people in Boston.” Are you starting to put to together now? Maybe you were out and about in the city over the weekend and noticed more than the usual number of cosplayers and the like making their way around. Those would be the Fan Expo-goers.
