Bad Wolves Release Video for New Single ‘Sober’
Bad Wolves have released the video for their new single “Sober,” and it offers an eye-opening look at drug and alcohol abuse and how it not only affects the addicts themselves but also their family and friends.
The song comes from the band’s latest album, N.A.T.I.O.N., and singer Tommy Vext said of the song on Talkin’ Rock with Meltdown, “‘Sober’ is a really important song to me, because it’s not just about the first person who’s the addict/alcoholic going through the process of being sober. It’s about how alcoholism and addiction affects the family as a whole because alcoholism and addiction is a family disease. No one ever talks about what the moms and the dads and the siblings or the husbands and wives and boyfriends and girlfriends and friends and employers go through when you’re going through the process of killing yourself with drugs and alcohol.”
Bad Wolves is currently on tour in Europe through the end of February. They’re book for the Epicenter Festival taking place May 1-3 in Concord, N.C. To see a full list of the band’s upcoming tour dates, go to BadWolvesNation.com.
