Patriots Award Connor’s Kindness Project Myra Kraft Community MVP
The New England Patriots award known as the Myra Kraft Community MVP Award has been given to, among other great groups, Connor’s Kindness Project.
From their recent Press Release: “On Thursday, June 6, the Kraft Family and the New England Patriots Foundation celebrated the 2024 Myra Kraft Community MVP Award Winners. They recognized 26 volunteers for their contributions to the New England community.”
The awards ceremony was held at Gillette Stadium. In total, $275,000 in donations were distributed to each of the volunteer’s nonprofit organizations. Twenty-five organizations each received $10,000. One of those organizations was Lynnfield-based Connor’s Kindness Project.

During the pandemic, Connor Wright was 12-years old and, like a lot of kids his age, was having a hard time. He wanted to help kids who were sick or in quarantine. So he and his grandmother Sharon started making and delivering COVID Care Packages. The Project was born.
In the years to come, Connor’s Kindness Project has expanded into making self-care baskets for Boston-area health care workers, building and delivering 42 Birthdays in a Box, and working on clothing drives for local nonprofits. That’s a lot of kindness! And there’s more to come.
Connor’s Kindness Project: What’s Next?

The event takes place on Saturday, September 21 in Foxboro. There are 25 and 50 mile riding options, as well as virtual rides, runs, and walks. Head over here to get more information on the event, as well as how you can support the great work being done by Connor’s Kindness Project.
