A neighborhood in Phoenix has been home to chickens, peacocks and roosters for longer than some residents have been around but realtors think they’re affecting the home values. You can see the animals on roofs, walking across the street and hanging in people’s yards. The people who live in the neighborhood don’t seem to mind at all but new homeowners might be turned off by the situation.
