Florida man arrested after disrespectfully consuming roommates key lime pie

A 74-year-old Florida man is now facing charges after he couldn’t resist his roommates delicious key lime pie!

Lee County Sheriff’s Office was called to the home where the two men got into a dispute after one ate the other’s key lime pie. The pie was supposed to be a treat for the roommates mothers birthday.

The room mate even asked the man NOT to eat the pie and leave it alone…but David Powelson couldn’t resist that sweet tangy flavor of that key lime pie and ate the entire thing!  Not even left a crumb behind.

When the roommate made this discovery he confronted Powelson. Powelson attempted to cool his roommate off by dumping two big glasses of water on him. Sheriff’s department arrived and Powelson was arrested and charged with battery on a person 65 or older.

  Awesome Black Sabbath song, but it’s not the best band name.  Plus, without the Van Halen band name, we wouldn’t have their classic band logo, which is easily one of the coolest logos to rock on a shirt ever.

  It’s not like Sweet Children is a bad name; the problem lies within when the band members age.  Think about pop groups like New Kids on the Block or Backstreet Boys.  When you’re old enough to qualify for an AARP membership, a name that signifies youth is just silly.
