Sammy Hagar showed in his own way that we’re on our way to getting back to normal following coronavirus lockdowns by sharing a photo of himself hanging out with John Travolta.

The Red Rocker shared via Twitter, “Last night @ the Cabo Wabo I had the pleasure of closing down w/ the one & only John Travolta. Not only was it a pleasure being on stage again with the new house band, Julieta, but one of your favorite actors being more than you even imagined! Tequila & stories were flowing.” (Side note: That WCW/WWE World Heavyweight Championship belt with “Red Rocker” on the nameplate in the background is pretty cool.)

Rock stars partying with movie stars again. I guess nature really is healing!

  Hagar arguably started the very popular trend of rock stars with their own liquor brands. Even though the Red Rocker has launched a number of different spirit labels, Cabo Wabo Tequila was his first, and it made him a very rich man. Hagar has since sold all of his stake in the brand, but when he first sold 80 percent of Cabo Wabo to Gruppo Campari in 2007, he earned $80 million.

As for the Cristal, that was Mercury's favorite champagne and would stock his fridge with dozens of bottles of it for parties.

  An obvious association, especially regarding Black Label Society's debut album 'Sonic Brew,' which featured the design of Johnnie Walker's Black Label Whisky label and bottle. Wylde, however, didn't get permission to use the Johnnie Walker imagery and was served with a cease and desist.
