A 4-way intersection in California had a noticeable spelling error that drew attention from motorists, pedestrians and social media alike.  The painted pavement was supposed to read ‘STOP’ but was actually written as ‘STPO’.

Stop sign spelled 'STPO' at Lemon Grove intersection

LEMON GROVE, Calif. (KGTV) - A noticeable spelling error was discovered at a Lemon Grove intersection on Tuesday. At the 4-way intersection of Lincoln and Washington streets, the 10News Breaking News Tracker saw that "STPO" was painted on the pavement, but it is supposed to read STOP.
