Woman Attempts To Eat Evidence During Arrest In Counterfeit Cash Scam
A Florida woman had to think fast and turn evidence from a crime she had committed into a quick snack.
According to reports, in North Miami Beach, Florida, a woman identified as Zipporah Abraham has been arrested for allegedly trying to pass counterfeit currency at a local Walmart store. This quick-thinking woman though attempted to get out of trouble by eating the evidence.
What Abraham was unaware of was that Walmart loss prevention had a heads-up. A tip was called in that a woman, later identified as Abraham, was in the store and trying to use fake bills to pay for items. When the LP agent looked into the tip, they recognized Abraham from some past situations she had been in at this location.
Abraham actually got busted trying to shoplift and not pass the fake bills. The police report says that she had hidden several items inside of storage containers and waited for the perfect moment to walk them out of the store. She took a cart loaded up with the storage containers past all points of purchase and was stopped by the store loss prevention agent.

The total amount of value of the items she attempted to shoplift was just under $900. Police arrived and asked Abraham to remove some of her jewelry from her wrist before they arrested her. That is when she tried stuffing counterfeit money in her mouth and eating it.
She put $200 worth of fake bills in her mouth and attempted to eat them all. Now this woman does not appear to be part goat, so this had to be a pretty tough thing to do. Even if it was just two benjamins, eating paper is not easy. Give it a +10 in difficulty if the paper is even close to being like actual money.
After the attempt at eating the fake money and the shoplifting, Abraham was arrested and charged with third-degree grand theft and uttering forged bills.

Crimes can happen for a number of reasons. They may happen out of necessity. They could also happen on accident. These crimes, however, do not fall into those categories. These crimes are different. None of these would accidentally happen. They also aren’t a matter of life or death. There’s no ethics quiz here, or any matters of ‘would you steal bread to support your family?’ These crimes, and criminals, aren’t straight up cringeworthy.
