Jason Sudeikis Laid Under Olivia Wilde’s Car To Stop Her From Seeing Harry Styles
In a desperate bid to prevent his then-fiancee Olivia Wilde from seeing Harry Styles, Jason Sudeikis allegedly laid under her car to stop her from leaving. Per Daily Mail, the former couple’s nanny shared alleged screenshots between the parents of Otis and Daisy as their relationship was imploding and she was caught in the crossfire.
The nanny said Olivia, 38, was talking of marriage to Sudeikis, 47, as late as October of 2020 and broke up with him a month later, just weeks after she began filming Don’t Worry Darling with Styles. Wilde’s decision to call it quits apparently left the Ted Lasso star blindsided and saw him on one occasion make a desperate attempt to stop her from leaving their home to go see Styles by lying under her car.
The former nanny of three years noticed Wilde was visibly “giddy” and giggly around Styles when she brought Daisy to visit her on set. Wilde began spending more and more time away from home citing work and eventually moved into a hotel near the Palm Springs film set at the start of November 2020. The actress and filmmaker initially told Sudeikis the move was due to a Covid outbreak on set but later dumped Sudeikis during a visit to the house they shared on November 8.
Sudeikis later uncovered the full details of her relationship with Styles by reading messages on an Apple watch Wilde had left behind. The nanny told the publication that Sudeikis ranted furiously about Wilde putting “the first move on” the former One Directioner during a cast dinner where she kissed him for the first time.
On November 15, Wilde infuriated Sudeikis by preparing a salad for Styles with her “special dressing” in the family kitchen. The nanny claimed, “The night she left with her salad, Jason had chased after her, videotaping her in the house. She was saying: ‘I’m scared of you, Jason, I’m scared of you.’ And he said: ‘If you’re scared of me, why are you leaving your kids with me?’ So then, Jason went outside and lay under her car so she wouldn’t leave. She got in her car to back up, he lay under her car so she wouldn’t leave. She went back into the house and he went in, it was back and forth. He said he was doing it on purpose to make her late going to see Harry.”
The nanny added, “Jason told me ‘She made this salad and she made her special dressing and she’s leaving with her salad to have dinner with [Harry].’ I said, ‘What salad dressing?’ He said, ‘She has a special salad dressing she makes for us and she’s taken it to have it with him now.’ I don’t know what was in it. Out of everything, he was like, ‘She made her special salad dressing and took it to him.”
The nanny said Wilde’s exit triggered a spiral of erratic behavior in Sudeikis, who could not cope with her departure. “Jason would say, ‘I’m tired of this f—ing s—. It’s because of Olivia. She left us,'” the nanny continued.
At the end of December 2020, the nanny traveled to London with Sudeikis and the two children to begin filming the second season of Ted Lasso. After Sudeikis allegedly signed her up for sessions with his life coach and using her for information, the nanny felt “manipulated” and overwhelmed by her employers and wanted to leave at the end of January 2021 so that they could find a replacement. In a series of alleged texts sent by a “drunk and out of control” Sudeikis, the nanny claims she was abruptly fired late February 1 after discovering she had texted Wilde. “He said, ‘You’re going to get your stuff and get out. Why are you sending her messages?’ I said, ‘Jason, you’ve been drinking and I can tell that you’re drunk. You’re very angry and I’m afraid of you.’
