Chick-fil-A Opens 18th Massachusetts Store in Walpole This December
“I am incredibly proud to introduce Chick-fil-A to Walpole, a community that has welcomed me with open arms,” Musick said. Like other Chick-fil-A locations, the store will be open six days a week from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., closing on Sundays.
To kick off their community involvement, they’ll select 100 local leaders to receive free meals throughout the year. They’re also donating $25,000 to the Greater Boston Food Bank, partnering with Feeding America to help tackle hunger. As part of their Shared Table program, workers will package leftover food for nearby shelters. This program has helped provide over 30 million meals to people in need over the years, instead of letting food go to waste. The chain has topped customer satisfaction rankings for ten years running. This popularity continues despite previous controversy over their donation practices.
The company isn’t done growing in the Bay State. By 2026, a new location will open near Gillette Stadium. This upcoming Patriot Place restaurant will have indoor and outdoor seating, along with a drive-thru for quick service.
