The first one is a Frequency Exercise. This is going to help define what “initiate” and “often” really mean to both of you.

What you need to do is, both of you write down how often you want to have sex (weekly, monthly, or whatever).  Then, write down how often you each believe the other wants to have sex.
Once you have this information, compare notes, and come up with an agreeable compromise.

Now the second thing to do is a called a seduction interview. This is a series of questions that you both need to answer. This step will reveal wants, desires, limits, discomforts, and maybe even some new possibilities.

Some of the questions you should be asking and topics you should be discussing are:

  • Best times of day/days of the week to initiate sexual contact?
  • When should initiating sexual contact be avoided?
  • Scene from a show or movie that represents the type of seduction you desire?
  • What types of touch do you prefer during the seduction/early phase?
  • What types of touch should I avoid?
  • What areas of your body should I begin with?
  • Which areas should I avoid?
  • How do you need to feel in order to be open to being seduced?
  • Are there any cues I can look for that might indicate that you’re open to being seduced/approached?

Again like that last step, you compare notes with each other, get on the same page, and get busy gettin’ busy!

Success After Euphoria

Following the success of Euphoria, Sweeney was cast in the first season of the HBO dark comedy series The White Lotus as Olivia Mossbacher, an edgy college daughter of her rich parents. Sweeney was nominated for a Primetime Emmy for this role as well. Sweeney previously told Variety that she had to “fight” for roles in Hollywood following the mainstream success of Euphoria. She said it made it difficult for her to land roles going forward due to being typecast. “There’s always people who see me as Cassie or see me as Olivia,” she said. “They send me scripts that are just like that. It’s the ones I have to fight for that usually are the ones that I want that are different. Like Reality.”

In 2023, Sweeney starred as Reality Winner in the thriller drama Reality, and she received critical acclaim for her performance. The actress is set to star in the superhero film Madame Web, set in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe franchise. Madame Web is set to be released in theaters in February 2024. She will also star with Glen Powell in the romantic comedy Anyone But You, produce and star in the psychological horror film Immaculate, and star alongside Julianne Moore in an AppleTV thriller called Echo Valley. Making her music video debut, Sweeney stars in the Rolling Stones’ first single, “Angry,” from their forthcoming 24th studio album, Hackney Diamonds.
