Just three months after Mick Jagger’s heart valve replacement surgery, the Rolling Stones re-launched the North American leg of their “No Filter” tour.
Some, including bandmate Ronnie Wood, owe the frontman’s quick bounce back to being in such great shape. So how does Jagger keep himself fit? Lots of clean living. According to some reports, he exercises for three hours a day, five or six days a week. Much of that in the form of ballet and yoga, plus kickboxing, bike riding, and running. Jagger now only indulges in an occasional Guinness and has adopted an organic diet as recommended by Wood’s ex-wife.
