The show appears to be called “Baylen Out Loud” and the show just debuted recently. In the teaser video released for the show you meet Baylen who’s a 21-year-old influencer with Tourette Syndrome. She introduces herself saying, “My name is Baylen. I’m 21-years-old and I have Tourette Syndrome and a little baby we*ner…spotted alone in the safari and an itty baby we*ner.” Appartently, “baby we*ner” is one her of tics.
New TLC Show About A Woman And Her Tourette’s Tics
Tourette’s tics can be pretty much anything. You can shout out swear words, random words or phrases, and even stuff about a baby we*ner. Interested in watching? According to MLive, you can watch on TLC or steam it on Philo, Sling, DIRECTV Stream, and Hulu.
Baylen won’t be the only person seen on the show. The new TLC show will also feature her parents, siblings, and boyfriend. It will follow her life and chronicle her adult life and the challenges she faces as a young adult with Tourette’s. TLC writes on MLive, “Fun, fearless, and living out loud. Baylen Dupree is a young woman learning to embrace life while managing Tourette Syndrome.” It looks like new episodes air Monday nights at 9pm on TLC.
MassLive says that Baylen first became known through her TikTok account and sharing her experience with Tourette’s and gained a large following on the social media app. Despite the challenges that her and her family face, they face them head on and with a laugh. They live in West Virginia so I’m sure there are situations and things they can do for entertainment on camera. She does have a huge following on social media with 9.8 million followers on TikTok and 1.2 million followers on Instagram. People have really gotten to know her and what it’s like for her living with her tics. She’s become a star online and now that might transfer over to the small screen. I’m always a sucker for these TLC shows so I’m sure I will end up watching this like I do almost all of the shows on the network. Will you be watching?
