Florida Man Accused Of Exposing Himself At A Marco Island Hotel Pool

It’s the latest Florida Man story from Dave & Chuck The Freak. When you’re at the pool, accidents can happen. We’ve all been there. Maybe your bathing suit accidentally comes off while diving into the pool. Perhaps your suit rips on something near the pool and accidentally exposes your privates. These accidents happen! However, sometimes, people will expose themselves on purpose. That’s what one man is accused of in Marco Island.

According to NBC 2, a man was arrested after reportedly causing a public disturbance and flashing his genitals while drunk at the Marco Island Marriott. You can’t do that! The suspect has been identified as 51-year-old Alberto Hernandez. NBC 2 reports that 3 adults staying at the hotel informed deputies that Hernandez also took their phones. That’s where it all started and a verbal argument began. During that time, 2 other women approached the officers to say that they were in the hot tub with 7 other women when Hernandez exposed his genitals in front of them and started playing with himself, per NBC 2.

To make things even worse, while that was happening he reportedly stood up from his chair, pulled down his bathing suit, and exposed himself again, per NBC 2! Children were at the pool and this could have easily been a traumatic experience for them. Hernandez has since been charged with exposure of sexual organs and disorderly intoxication.
