Yes, we know America (and Massachusetts) typically runs on Dunkin' but we also know that Starbucks is another place we go to fuel ourselves with caffeine, fruity drinks, refreshers, bagels and so much more. Before we let you know exactly where the second busiest Starbucks in the entire world is, let's take a look at just how successful Starbucks is as a whole.
Starbucks has more than 28,000 stores in 77 countries. The #1 grossing store in the entire world happens to be in New York. The address is 612 5th Avenue in New York City. This Starbucks makes an estimated $20 million per year and serves over 8,000 customers every day. Although it's interesting because when you ask representatives from Starbucks directly about busiest locations and highest grossing stores, their response will always be: "we do not release this level of information." So many of the money websites will rely directly on information given to them from each individual stores to determine their annual revenue.
That brings us to right here in Massachusetts. It's no secret that many of us rely on our local Dunkin' for our morning coffee. But Starbucks is definitely a valued destination as well. Depending on which outlet you ask, there are two different Starbucks locations in Boston that are considered the most busy. Insider.com says the location in Cambridge, 1380 Massachusetts Ave is the busiest in the state. However, another website www.masalamatters.blog says that not only is the 44 School Street in Boston, Massachusetts the most popular in the state, but that it's the SECOND HIGHEST GROSSING LOCATION in the world!
