    October 12, 2004: The Boston Red Sox were in the Bronx for Game 1 of the 2004 ALCS. And the Beastie Boys were in Worcester for a show at the Centrum. I wrote about both here. The setlist was pretty killer.

    October 13, 1947: Samuel Roy “Sammy” Hagar is born in Salinas, CA. Some Van Halen fans are for Dave, some are for Sammy. I’m a Red Rocker guy through and through.
