Heinz Debuts Another New Condiment Mash Up No One Asked For
Have you ever dreamed of having a selection of ketchup flavored to taste like other condiments or better yet mixed with other condiments for the ultimate in flavor tag teams?…

Have you ever dreamed of having a selection of ketchup flavored to taste like other condiments or better yet mixed with other condiments for the ultimate in flavor tag teams? Well good news, because we already have the ketchup condiment tag teams and now Heinz is ready to debut their newest member in the experimental condiment world. Next year, Heinz will debut a new condiment: PICKLE KETCHUP. And yes, it's their ketchup, with the added flavor of pickles.
It's already hit the shelves at stores in the UK with plans to release it in the USA in early 2024. Heinz says that 'Pickle Ketchup,' will be a sweet, savory, tangy dillight (see what they did there?) of a dip and a permanent addition to the company's condiment line.
Heinz To Debut Pickle Ketchup
Some are saying that it tastes exactly like they bottled up the flavor of McDonald’s pickles and ketchup. It will be selling for around $3.99 for a 20 oz bottle. It may sound strange, but it makes sense for burgers. Outside of burgers, I'm sure there are a couple of other instances where it could go well with your meal. It is a very specific flavor, though. You wouldn't want to taste it thinking it was normal ketchup. That would be a strange surprise.
Of course, Pickle Ketchup is hardly the first interesting concoction Heinz has come up with. Mashed.com points out that there's Mayochup (combination of mayonnaise and ketchup), Kranch (ketchup and ranch), Veggie Ketchup, Jalapeno Ketchup, Chipotle Ketchup, Sriracha Ketchup, Habanero Ketchup, and more. Additionally, there's all the low sodium, organic, and no artificial sweetener versions. Then, you also have the eccentric Purple and Green Ketchups. No matter what flavor you may be looking for, there's a ketchup for you.
The list of interesting ketchups in Heinz's line of products seems to be never ending. In addition to the list above, there's also HoneyRacha, MayoRacha, MayoMust, MayoCue, and more. These options and variations may sound odd as standalone products, but there's a use and a food for all of them. If anything, it saves you some time. Usually, on a sandwich or burger you're not only using one condiment. So, this is a good way to kill two birds with one stone. Eh. Hopefully there's no flavor for that. Anyways, looking forward to the Heinz debut of Pickle Ketchup. I think...
Are These The Best French Fries In Fast Food?
It's a timeless debate. Right up there with "is a hot dog a sandwich?" There may be no definitive answer, but it's always worth discussing. Who has the best fries in all of fast food?
Everyone is entitled to their own option and taste (literally). However, let's be honest, there can only be one winner. There's only allowed to be one winner, and one fry declared the best above all the rest. One fry to rule them all.
Every Day Is Fry Day
When talking about the best fries in fast food, there are no shortage of options. That's for sure. You've got your national big brands. Then you've got your local specialties. Then, there's also the regional restaurants that aren't in every state, but aren't strictly in one city, either. We're taking everything into consideration.
Of course, ranking the best fries in fast food is no easy task. Much like a snowflake, every list is certain to be different. I mean, they're all on the menu for a reason. If they didn't taste good they'd be long gone. It's the same thing with professional sports. Even the worst player on the team is still incredible when you think about it.
I'm no stranger to fast food, the cashier at my local establishment recognizes me when I pull up in the drive-thru. It's a blessing and a curse, I suppose. So, with that type of experience and dedication I think my list can be deemed credible and valid.
What To Look For In A Fry
Personally, I love a good crunch. A well-done fry is a fry well-done. I'm not big on wet fries or greasy soft fries. They've also got to be independently great. If you need ketchup or ranch in order to enjoy the fries then they must not be that great!
Consistency is key, as well. It can't be one of those "oh one time I had them and they were fantastic, but ever since they aren't great." No one hit wonders here. The best fry in fast food has to be something you can depend on. It's reliable and every time you drive-thru you know what you're getting.
Let's not delay. Here are my rankings of the best fries in fast food. You may agree with some, you may hate some of these picks. That's totally up to you. I will say, some big names are off the list, and likely for a reason.
The 7 Best Fries In Fast Food
7. Wendy's
They've changed the recipe around too many times to count in recent years , but I think they finally got it right.
6. Taco Bell
Didn't expect Taco Bell to make a list of best fries; yet, here they are. I mean...you can dunk anything in Nacho Cheese and it'll be amazing. However, these fries are legit. I love that spice spice on them. Mmm, baby.
5. KFC
The wedges are better than you'd expect! Crunchy and delicious. Dip them in the gravy and life can't get much better. Definitely a pleasant surprise.
4. Chick-fil-A
While the chicken sandwich gets all the love, the waffle fries are where it's at! Second best thing on the menu...behind the lemonade.
3. In-N-Out
Have you tried Animal Style fries? It's totally worth all the hype..and it's hyped a lot.
2. Arby's
One word their curly fries can best be described as: iconic. Why not number one? They also offer crinkle cut fries. The worst type of fire of all the fries. Sometimes, I've even had to specify that I want the curly fries. It should be the only option.
1. McDonald's
Is it the most exciting choice? Admittedly, no. However, they simply can't be beat. They are the OG for a reason. Has anyone ever made it home with McDonald's fries? They're always gone before I make it to the driveway.
