Don't look now, but it's not just the Red Sox and their fans returning to Landsdowne St. Live, local comedy comes to the House of Blues in May.
Two shows on May 15, to be exact, billed as Boston Stand-Up Comedy: Live and Unmuted. The 7:00 show features sets from Will Noonan, Tony V, Laura Severse, and Chris Pennie. And the 9:30 show has Christine Hurley, Corey Rodrigues, Dan Boulger, and Robbie Printz bringing the laughs.
And in the meantime, that Mooby's pop-up is happening at the House of Blues to tide you over. So things are looking up. Oh, and speaking of Tony V, did you catch him in that new Sam Adams commercial with Big Papi?
