A Clearwater, FL man is in jail after a move only an idiotic criminal would attempt to pull.
According to reports the man took 13 scratch off lottery tickets when a gas station employee wasn't looking. After scratching them off he had a $30 winner and returned to the same store he stole them from to cash it in. The police were called and he was arrested!
