The Greatest TV Shows of All Time: 12-Inch Poll

Rolling Stone recently released their list of The 100 Greatest TV Shows of All Time, so we're using that as a jumping-off point.

Now, bear in mind: these lists are built the way they're built for a reason. And that reason is to inspire passionate arguments. I, for one, embrace this practice. Because let's face it: we want to argue. It's human nature. If it wasn't, Facebook wouldn't be as big as it is. And you'd still be talking to your crazy QAnon aunt.

That's the thing: if we're going to have a heated debate, let's have it about something fun, like TV shows. We all have the shows we love, and we all have the shows that we think should be enshrined in gold at the peak of TV Mountain. TV Mountain isn't a real thing, FYI. It's a thing I made up just now. Because I didn't want to say "The TV Hall of Fame" because that would require me to do actual research to find out if the TV Hall of Fame is a real thing. It probably is. I just don't want to do the extra work.

The Greatest TV Shows of All Time: 12-Inch Poll

For the sake of this week's 12-Inch Poll, I've focused on the top entries on Rolling Stone's list. That's not to discount the bottom of the list; there are plenty of fine programs there. For instance, my current favorite show, What We Do In The Shadows, is No. 100. But I think giving Rolling Stone the benefit of the doubt here is fine for this particular exercise.

I've cherry-picked sixteen contenders and also given you an "Other" option if you don't like what I've picked. Get scrolling, get voting, and get hollering on ROCK 92.9's Facebook or Twitter if your favorite show is missing.
