You voted Salem the winner. Congrats to everyone in the Witch City!
Check out the final eight cities and towns in our Masshole Madness bracket
East Boston
They've left South Shore stronghold Scituate and North Shore's Rt. 1 gem Saugus in their wake. Gotta give it up for Eastie, but the road ahead is an icy one.

Cambridge
East Boston will have to defeat the People's Republic to move into the Final Four. It's like choosing between a pizza from Santarpio's or a sub from Ma Magoo's: not an easy choice!

CAMBRIDGE, MA - JULY 30: People pass by the landmark Out Of Town News July 30, 2009 in Harvard Square in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Gloucester
Gloucester has been tearing the North Shore to shreds, with wins over Revere, Swampscott, and Malden. Will they make it all the way to the end of the greasy pole? That's for you to decide!

South Boston
What, like Southie wasn't going to run through the competition? Gloucester will be their biggest challenge since their second round match-up against Roslindale, which was a squeakah, kehd.

Somerville
Somerville has been doing damage in the Masshole Madness tourney: they beat Dorchester in the first round, Roxbury in the second, and the tony North Shore hamlet of Marblehead in the third. How far will the 'ville go?

Charlestown
Charlestown: the little 'hood that could. Granted, their path so far hasn't been too tough: Tewksbury, Hingham, Natick. But do they have enough to knock off their big neighbor Somerville?

BOSTON - JUNE 11: In this handout photo provided by the U.S. Coast Guard, multiple Coast Guard resources escort the USS Constitution, Boston's beloved "Old Iron Sides," June 11, 2005 in Boston, Massachusetts. The boat went out to an island in south Boston where the USS Constitution fired its 21 gun salute and was then brought back to her dock in Charlestown Navy Yard. Quincy
Give it up for the City of Presidents, the sole South Shore survivor in our Masshole Madness tournament. Will the city slogan--"It Remains"--foreshadow their fate?

New England has seen previous temperature highs smashed as three straight days in the nineties has brought about the earliest heat wave in New England's history. Salem
It's a North Shore vs. South Shore Elite Eight matchup as Salem--who sliced through another South Shore favorite, Marshfield, in the last round--is set to work their witchy magic on Quincy.
