An annual Memorial Day tradition since 2010, returns to the Boston Common this weekend as hundreds of volunteers create the awe-inspiring Flag Garden.
More than 37,000 flags will return to their place on the city's common, each flag representing a Massachusetts service member who has given their life defending our country, dating all the way back to the Revolutionary War.
The Massachusetts Military Heroes Fund say that the Memorial Day Flag Garden will be displayed starting Thursday, May 26th, and going through Memorial Day on May 30th 2022.
The organization is asking those coming to Boston Common to view the Memorial Day Flag Garden, to review and abide by all current city and state COVID-19 safety regulations.
