Lenny Kravitz will appear at the 95th Oscars to perform during the award show's "In Memoriam" segment.
The news was announced via Oscars.com, which noted, "Kravitz appeared in such films as The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, Lee Daniels' The Butler, The Hunger Games and Precious."
Kravitz isn't the first rocker to lend their talents to the "In Memoriam" segment. Eddie Vedder performed Tom Petty's "Room at the Top" during the segment in 2018. Dave Grohl performed a moving rendition of The Beatles' "Blackbird" during the segment in 2016.
The 95th Oscars will take place on Sunday, March 12. The ceremony will air live on ABC at 8 PM EDT/5 PM PDT.
