Guy Busted in the Carpool Lane Using a Hat and Coat Draped Over Passenger Seat

A guy in New York got busted trying to travel in the car pool lane without the proper number of passengers!

Last week a New York police officer noticed something looked off about the passenger in a vehicle driving in the carpool lane.  The officer pulled the car over and discovered why the passenger looked so "off." The driver had dressed his passenger seat up like a person, and tried to use the carpool lane.

The driver was cited with a ticket.
