Catching a blue lobster is actually so rare, it happens much less than in a blue moon.
So when Toby Burnham, a fisherman from Captain Joe and Sons in Gloucester netted one over the weekend, it made news.
According to the New England Aquarium, only one out of 2 million lobsters in the wild are blue.
"Well, it’s one in a million lobster, so you know we can throw one back," Burnham told Boston.com.
"I threw it back where it was so he got his chance to go back and to his hole."
