A Guy Steals a Cop Car, Gets into a Chase, Then Steals Another Cop Car
A guy in Florida, named Xavier Javern Cummings allegedly stole a cop car on Thursday and got into a high-speed chase. And when the police stopped him . . . he managed to steal ANOTHER cop car. There was another chase and that one ended with him being arrested.
