Just because this happened in a Popeye’s parking lot won’t stop us from making a “finger lickin’ good” reference on this one.
Vanessa Lee Jones was busted by cops over the weekend after she was found diddling herself…totally nude…near a dumpster in the parking lot of a St. Petersburg, Florida Popeye’s location…allegedly. This isn’t the first time either, in September she was busted for doing the same thing…in front of a 7-11 store.
