After 11 years, the Pritchett/Dunphy family's journey has come to an end. In typical Modern Family fashion, the two-part series finale was filled with laughter and craziness - and also lots of tears. The show ended with lots of changes: Cam and Mitchell moving to Missouri for Cam's new job, Luke getting accepted to the University of Oregon, Alex taking a research job in Switzerland, Haley and Dylan (and their twins) moving out into Cam and Mitchell's house, Gloria and Joe leaving for the summer, and Manny going off to pursue a film career.
During the finale, series favorites like Ronaldo and Sal returned, and there were a few throwback moments for fans to relive. There were also a lot of touching moments and quotes. Of course, loyal fans who have followed the show since 2009 had the feels on social media. See the reactions below.
