Eddie Money is officially postponing his remaining 2019 tour dates in order to focus on his health.

After reports surfaced last week about postponing this year's tour dates, Money's family issued the following statement via Twitter:

"Hey everyone - the Money family wanted to give a quick update. Eddie is recovering and doing well, but has decided to postpone all tour dates and the album release. While it was a very hard decision to make, focusing on Eddie's health is the most important thing to the family at the moment. Eddie can't wait to get back out there on stage and share new music with you! Thank you all for your love and support, it means the world. All the best, The $ Family."

Money had minor heart valve surgery around late May/early June. Last week, TMZ reported that a rep for Money told them he developed pneumonia while recovering.

We send our well-wishes to Eddie and can't wait for him to return to the stage.
