Volbeat is back with new music, and they're keeping it short and sweet.

Available now and embedded below is the Danish band's new single "Parasite," which clocks in at a very tight 37 seconds. The track is also available on multiple streaming platforms here.

Whether or not this is the full track or just a teaser isn't known, but fans sure are talking in the song's YouTube comments. The comments are split between the very positive to the puzzled. One fan wrote, "I've never heard such a fast song. Where's the rest?", while another simply posted, "Ok, was that some kind of joke or something?" If the very short track does end up being some sort of prank, the fan comment of, "Tease us more why don't you, Troll-beat" will take on a whole new meaning.

No additional new music details have been released, so fans will just have to wait and see what Volbeat does next.
