Someone poured through Google data to see which Christmas cookies are exceptionally popular in each state.

We’ve got the most popular ones for the New England states below.

  • Massachusetts: Swedish Christmas Cookies

  • New Hampshire: Chocolate Christmas Cookies

  • Rhode Island: Italian Christmas Cookies

  • Maine: Gluten-Free Christmas Cookies

  • Vermont: Italian Christmas Cookies

  • Connecticut: Italian Christmas Cookies

According to Google data on Christmas cookies, Christmas Cookie Fudge is the favorite holiday cookie in six states. And Italian Christmas Cookies were #1 in five. But nine states prefer vegan, gluten-free, or keto cookies.
