How Did a Minivan End Up on the Stairs at City Hall?

BOSTON - JUNE 7: There was a massive traffic jam in Boston this afternoon, centered around the Leverett Circle area (pictured), as a combination of a Celtics playoff game at the TD Garden, a Red Sox game at Fenway Park, and the "Scoper Bowl" ice cream festival at City Hall Plaza, along with normal rush hour congestion backed up traffic coming in from the north for miles. It drove there, of course. Here’s a roundup of Boston news outlets covering the minivan on the stairs at City Hall. I could look at pics of this all day.

A driver stuck on the stairs at Boston City Hall told our photographer on the scene he was trying to make a u-turn and his front wheel went over the top step. He’s a livery driver and had a passenger. #WCVBpic.twitter.com/Boenot1BVc
