It’s finally here: The Stadium Tour invades Fenway Park this weekend. Let my Fenway Stadium Tour playlist get you pumped.
Before we dive into the tunes, though, let’s take care of a bit of business. If you’re reading this on Thursday afternoon and I’m still on the radio, that means you still have a chance to win tickets. I’ll be giving away a few more pairs to the Saturday night show before I’m off the air at 4 p.m. This will be handled by the Ticket Troll, of course. He’s gross, but he’s the ticket guy, so we put up with him. Find out when you need to listen here. Hey, maybe Hardy will even have a last pair on his show after 4.
If you’re headed to he Stadium Tour shows this weekend, join us at our Pre-Show Parties at the Lansdowne Pub. We’ll have K-Cards for you to bring to the show with you (I’m waving one around in the photo up there). And we’ll also have a shot for you to score Field Seats!
As far as the show goes, everything you need to know is right here. When gates open at Fenway, what time each act goes on, who headlines, all of it. Oh, and don’t forget to tune into ROCK 92.9 post show both nights: we’ll have an hour of music from all four Stadium Tour acts to take you home. And speaking of that…
Adam 12’s Fenway Stadium Tour Playlist
I’ve put together a little pre-show playlist for you. I chose my three fave songs from each of the four bands performing this weekend to make–you guessed it–a 12-song playlist. What can I say? It’s my number. Get into those below, be sure to hit the Lansdowne on your way to Fenway, and enjoy The Stadium Tour this weekend!
The Stadium Tour at Fenway Park: Everything You Need To Know!
Here’s everything you need to know about The Stadium Tour at Fenway Park Fri Aug 5 & Sat Aug 6.
After what seems like an eternity (3 years since the announcement, so yeah, an eternity,) it’s FINALLY happening.
Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Poison, and Joan Jett & The Blackhearts are ready to rock The Stadium Tour at Fenway Park.
Controversy? Why, yes, there’s been tons of controversy. Thanks for asking. From Vince Neil’s voice and weight issues making us wonder if the tour would even happen. To Tommy Lee’s broken ribs keeping him from performing full shows. To Brett Michaels missing a show. Or using teleprompters and drum tracks. Between all that and…oh yes…COVID, it’s been more of a roller coaster ride than Tommy Lee’s drum kits. But right now, it’s summer, the Red Sox are a mess and we’re ready for something to believe in at Fenway! We all love rock and roll. So say it with us and let’s rock this place to the ground: Gunter, Gleiben, Glauchen, Globen.
Whether you’re a seasoned expert or concert virgin, we’ve collected answers to a lot of questions you might have. So, before you slather yourself in hairspray, mascara, and clothes that don’t fit “quite” as well as they did when “Dr. Feelgood” came out (don’t worry we’re not judging) here’s what to know as you hit the Fenway.
Oh yeah, 2 things first:
1) You can WIN tickets (on the field) at our Stadium Tour Pre-parties at Lansdowne Pub from 2-4pm each day. Plus, we’ll be handing out free collectible ROCK 92.9 K-Cards (note from our lawyers: while supplies last.)
2) After both shows, drive home with the ROCK 92.9 Concert Encore: an hour of tunes from all 4 bands.
Ready? Let’s get rocked…
